The monumental fifteen-year, 73-volume Schottenstein English Edition of the Talmud Bavli was completed in March 2005, but that was only the stimulus for a new beginning. Work was already underway on an unprecedented new project: the Schottenstein Edition of Talmud Yerushalmi, in Hebrew and English. For over 1600 years, the Yerushalmi has been a sealed treasure to all but the most outstanding Torah scholars.
